1. Platform Nature

Cayops.com is a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We are not the seller. All transactions and listings are fulfilled directly by third-party independent vendors who are sole proprietors or separate legal business entities.

2. Vendor Obligations & Commission

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, stock levels, operational hours, and pricing. Cayops.com charges a commission (defaulting to 8% or as customized under onboarding agreements) on every completed and delivered order.

Vendors are paid manually every Friday for all orders delivered and confirmed during the preceding Monday to Sunday period, minus the platform commission. Cayops.com reserves the right to withhold payouts for orders under investigation.

3. Delivery & Logistic Disclaimers

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. Cayops.com is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or unreachable address information.

Cayops.com does not own, run, or control delivery riders. We partner with local third-party logistics providers. Delivery fees belong entirely to Cayops.com for logistics coordination and do not factor into vendor payouts.

4. Policy Revisions

These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email, WhatsApp, or dashboard notifications. Continued use of Cayops.com after modifications implies agreement to updated terms.
